I received an email today that Champions Online players might enjoy reading.
Champions Online will be running a Halloween event, Blood Moon. The event will be available from October 27th to November 10th. Players can access the event via a free weekend from Oct. 30th – Nov. 2nd.
Beginning today, a new evil reveals itself from within the Champions Universe. Atari and Cryptic studios kick-off the Blood Moon Halloween Event, which will be taken over by werewolves, vampires and other satanic evildoers.
Missions include battling against the armies of the Arch Lich Takofanes, as he mounts an assault on the Champions Universe. Gamers will also have to free the souls of 13 undead superheroes from servitude under Takofanes, which will unlock the new Celestial power set focused on healing and support.
